Carter's First Haircut

Carter had his first haircut today. He did a great job. He didn't fuss at all until she started to blowdry it. Dan cuts Logan's hair, but Carter's is so fine that Dan just didn't know what to do with it...

Carter is ready for Grandma and Grandpa's lake this summer! (we couldn't find a good vest that fit him correctly last summer...I bought the infant and it fits and is good up to 30 pounds which he is well under. He is sooo small.)

Busy Bees Go to Lowe's

Logan's class is studying construction this month and today we went on a field trip to Lowe's.

Logan was the only one who wouldn't put on the apron...

 Jan showed them lots of plants...

 They got to smell flowers...

 ...and did a great job sticking with their buddies.

 Carter had fun, too.

 Carter & Madelyn got to have a donut date at Starbucks after we dropped the kids back at preschool.

Caring Logan

Logan has been very thoughtful lately. On a very cold day, he wanted Phoebe to be warm while she was resting and he pulled her covers up. And, after Carter went to bed last night, he wanted to set up all his animals for Carter to see when he woke up in the morning. "It will make him smile, mama!"
